Its multi-layered design prevents fibers from clogging the engine oil passages, protecting the engine's bearings. Tests show it captures more dirt and particles than other filters. CH48110-1 filter comes in an individual box with a clearly displayed part number and include an installation gasket. Models with male threaded studs have thread protectors to prevent damage.
